Shipping & Processing
The mugs are made to order and are produced in 2-5 business days. We'll send you a digital proof to approve before printing. The product is then shipped in a cardboard box cushioned with bubble wrap inserts that protect the mug during shipment.
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, etc.) as well as delays that our carriers may be experiencing. For this reason, we do not guarantee an exact delivery date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! If you spend $75 or more you get free shipping, which is automatically applied at checkout.
Returns and exchanges
All items are made to order, which means returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, we do offer a 100% quality guarantee! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a free replacement of the same size and style, or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. A photo of the damage or incorrect item is needed and can be sent to hello@anniversarygiftfinder.com with your order number.
